Security, Data Protection & Privacy Policy When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order. Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed by Hacketts Saddlery and will only be used to send a requested catalogue or process a requested order. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisations.

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our mail order dept. We will supply full refund (excluding postage and packaging) on any item returned unsoiled within 14 days. Alternatively you may simply exchange the item.
If paying by cheque, please remember to fill in your correct bankers cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque. Send your order with a cheque to: Hacketts Saddlery
Mainland only - To cover the cost of post and packaging, please add £4.25 for orders required in 2-4 working days, £12.00 for orders required the next day, £15.00 for a Saturday delivery.
Payment by Access or Visa Switch or Delta can be made over the phone or through our secure server. Please have your card number, expiry date and in the case of Switch and Delta, issue number, at hand when calling.
Postage is charged at postal rate. VAT may be deducted on all orders to non E.C. countries by removing 17.5% from the price of each product. We will be happy to quote specific prices in order to ensure the correct amount is sent.
Returns, Exchanges & Complaints Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship should be returned for inspection immediately and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. If goods are in stock, dispatch is the same working day but under exceptional circumstances or heavy demand, please allow 28 days.
